Guys, I am writing this review with genuine intention and wonderful experience during my srilanka trip with CCEYLON. Heartfelt thanks to entire team on this memorable vacation.
I was in confused state to take the decision on the travel agency for my trip with spouse during Dec-2025 last week, now i can say choosing the Cceylon is one of the best decision i have taken never regret at any point of time in the entire trip duration.
**Management***

I have connected with Arman over the WhatsApp chat for the itenary and package details, from the first discussion itself i understood that he was such a genuine and transparent in all aspects from suggesting the itenary to finalize cost, mainly I decided to go with CCeylon for his response and timely updates whenever you have doubts/queries he will give very prompt response that's what i liked most.
Due to personal reasons i have cancelled the trip just one day before the actual start date, Arman understand the situation and supported a lot in itenary modifications and accommodation cancellations without any loss for me. I can say he was always customer friendly and provide service with great responsibility.

*Tour Guide*
Imtiyas - i call him as imtiyas bhai, he is such a good person.
From receiving on arrival at Negombo airport to till departure 🛫 everywhere every time he is always supportive, attentive and caring. Always given good suggestions during the trip and avoiding unnecessary to-do things which will cost us.
Whenever we are planning to go out even in the mid-night also he is responding to us without any hesitation and picking and dropping us in required places. I felt like a family member during this trip because always with us ,no hurry in plans or travel he is not at all a tour guide , his service was so genuine. I can't give express entire things in this review about him one simple example - when me and wife went for snorkeling 🤿 in Mirissa , we paid for two persons initially but after entering into beach i can't do the snorkeling activity due to breathing issues/fear 😁 so i came back to shore and again tried but nothing worked, When i told this to Imtiyas bhai he immediately had a big discussion with Snorkeling organiser and requested Refund for me. This is not required to do as part of tour guide but he did it for us 🫡that's how he was always thinks about customer satisfaction great 😃 👍
Finally if want to share the entire feedback/reviews on trip experience with CCEYLON in ceylon(srilanka) it's kind of essay because me and my spouse loved them that much, it will be difficult to the people who are trying to see the review, so i am keeping it a simple and short 😄
If you are having plans to visit srilanka just go ahead with these guys no second thought for sure you will not at all regret it🙂 Thank you #CCeylon 💕 💯 satisfied with your service.
